Continued Use: Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

4.3 Refund Policy

General Policy: Service fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Pro-rated Refunds: Refunds may be provided on a pro-rated basis for service cancellations.

Equipment Returns: Equipment must be returned in good condition for refund eligibility.

Dispute Resolution: Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination:

  • Port scanning or network probing
  • DDoS attacks or flooding
  • Unauthorized access attempts

Service Abuse

  • Reselling services without authorization
  • Excessive bandwidth consumption
  • Operating servers without permission
  • Circumventing usage restrictions

5.1 Fair Use Policy

Our services are subject to reasonable usage limits:

  • Residential Services: Unlimited data with fair usage limits
  • Business Services: Usage based on contracted bandwidth
  • Network Management: We may manage traffic during peak periods
  • Abuse Prevention: We monitor for excessive usage patterns

6. Service Limitations

Advertised Speeds: Speeds are "up to" the maximum advertised rate and not guaranteed.

6.2 Equipment Limitations

Provided Equipment: Equipment provided by NetSurf remains our property.

Customer Equipment: You are responsible for compatible equipment.

Equipment Returns: Must return equipment upon service termination.

Equipment Damage: You are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Termination

7.1 By Customer

You may terminate services by:

  • Submitting a cancellation request online
  • Contacting customer support
  • Providing 30 days written notice
  • Paying all outstanding charges

Notice Period: 30 days notice required for termination

7.2 By NetSurf

We may terminate services for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or abusive activities
  • Network integrity concerns

Immediate Termination: May occur for severe violations

7.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease
  • You must immediately cease all use of the services
  • You must return all NetSurf equipment within 14 days
  • You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
  • We may delete your account data after 90 days

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind:

  • We disclaim all implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We do not guarantee specific speeds or performance
  • We are not responsible for third-party services

8.2 Limitation of Liability

⚠️ IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 6 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for data loss or corruption
  • We are not liable for service interruptions
  • We are not liable for third-party actions

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetSurf from:

  • Your use of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Any claims arising from your content or activities

9. Additional Terms

9.1 Intellectual Property

All NetSurf trademarks, logos, and content are our property. You may not use them without permission.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Karachi courts.

9.3 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
